Shocking!!!....13 Years Old Giirl Dies Affter Fasting For 68 days

                                                13 years old Aradhana Samdariya
Wonders they say will never end....
Indian police are investigating the parents of a 13-year-old girl who died last week after undertaking a religious fast for 68 days.
Her parents have insisted she voluntarily fasted as prescribed in Jainism, one of the world's most ancient religions.
Police in southern Hyderabad city told BBC Hindi they want to know if Aradhana Samdariya was forced to fast.
The case has sparked a debate about the practice of religious fasting in India.
Reports said Aradhana lived for 68 days on boiled water. Two days after she called off her fast last week, she was dead.
Experts believe: it is possible for the human body to survive without food for up to two months.
A police spokesperson said a case had been registered against the parents after a child rights organisation filed a complaint.
"The parents - Laxmi Chand and Manshi Samdariya - have been booked under culpable homicide [causing death by negligence] and Juvenile Justice Act [cruelty against minors]," the spokesperson said.
The parents, wealthy jewellers based in Hyderabad, have denied that they forced their daughter to fast.
"She asked permission for upvaas [fast that involves renouncing food]. We asked her to stop after 51 days but she would not give up. Her fast was voluntary. No one forced her," Mr Samdariya said.
But social activists have rejected the family's claim.
"The entire nation should be ashamed that such a practice still exists. Her father's guru advised the family that if she fasted for 68 days, his business would be profitable," activist Achyut Rao told BBC Hindi.
"The girl was made to drink only water from sunrise to sunset. There was no salt or lemon or anything else."
Mr Rao also criticised the family for taking out a funeral procession "to hail their daughter as a child saint".
"The shocking aspect is that the family is happy that she was the rare one to be taken away by God," he said.
Prolonged fasting is popular among Jains, who are a minority religious group in India.
Activists have often criticised another controversial practice called Santhara, in which a Jain gives up food and water with the intention of preparing for death.

The death of the teenager has once again put the spotlight on such practices.

Messi 5th best striker i have played against -Manolas

Roma center back Kostas Manolas has listed Lionel Messi as only the fifth best attacker he has faced throughout his career.

When asked to compile a list of the top five players he has come up against, Manolas named Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Luis Suarez, Karim Benzema and Cristiano Ronaldo ahead of the Argentine.

“He is not an out and out striker, so I haven’t marked him directly and it’s only because of that that I put him in fifth place in this list,” Manolas explained in an interview with Roma's official website. “But he speeds through opponents like bowling pins and in front of goal he always knows the right thing to do, whether it be to shoot or pass to an unmarked teammate. He always finds the best way.”

Manolas went into detail on the other challenging strikers he has faced and underlined the standout traits that make them so difficult to cope with.
“Ibra is a force of nature, you practically can’t keep up with him during the match because he has an incredible physicality,” the 25-year-old said.
“I faced Suarez this year in the 2015-16 Champions League against Barcelona. He is someone who wants to score and who sees the goal. He is ferocious, tough to keep at bay and lethal in front of goal. Benzema is also a difficult opponent. He is complete, because he is physically strong and very technical. When physicality and quality come together it isn’t easy to find the answer for us defenders.

“Cristiano Ronaldo is a phenomenon. He has everything – dribbling, knows where the goal is, physical strength. During the tie against Real Madrid last year he had two chances across the home and away legs and he scored. Lethal.”

Drone Delivers Frozen Yoghurt to Campus

Imagine a little flying object hovering at your doorstep with a frozen yogurt .

What's sweeter than a college campus delivery? Maybe campus delivery via drone.

Tuesday, Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt made its first frozen yogurt delivery to Hope College in Michigan, possibly the first drone delivery of frozen yogurt in the world.
The drone, which can reach speeds up to 30 miles-per-hour and carry up to 30 pounds, took 15 minutes to travel nearly a mile to the campus, WOOD TV8 reports. There, the company threw a party to celebrate the delivery.
Students, faculty or administrators at Hope College in Holland can schedule a drone delivery from the Orange Leaf Holland store. Fees associated with delivery will be negotiated at the time of order.
"More orders and more tests will bring further opportunities to deliver and expand this to other markets in the area and beyond," said Emily Port, senior director of communications for Orange Leaf.
The business isn't the only one experimenting with drone delivery. Recently, a UPS drone took a three mile trip over open ocean outside of Salem, Mass. this week as part of a series of tests to show unmanned aerial vehicles can safely be used for deliveries in the United States.

Simple Treatment for Viral Conjunctivitis ''Apollo''

Some simple Basic steps needed to treat Apollo

After getting caught up in  Apollo pallava  i decided to take my time to do a little research. I followed the advice i got and it worked...I just thought it would be nice to share since this is the season of Apollo and it is spreading like wild fire...so many persons may be experiencing similar situation.

                                                                         pink eyes

The Conjuctiva
The conjunctiva is a thin, transparent mucous membrane, which lines the inner surface of the eyelids and covers the sclera (the white part of the eye). The conjunctiva contains glands which produce secretions that help to keep the eyes moist, and antibodies, which reduce infection.
Conjuctivitis
Conjunctivitis means ‘inflammation of the conjunctiva’, and the commonest cause is infection by viruses or bacteria. Conjunctivitis can also be due to chemical irritants, traditional eye remedies or allergy. It is usual for both eyes to be affected in infectious cases. The patient notices that the eyes are red and uncomfortable, and there is discharge which may make the eyelids stick together in the morning. The vision is usually not affected.
On examination the eyelids may be slightly swollen, the eyes are red, and there may be some visible discharge. The cornea should be bright, and the pupils should be round, regular and react to light. Conjunctivitis due to infection occurs at all ages, but some of the less common causes affect particular age groups
Several different viruses can cause conjunctivitis. Some, such as entero- and adenoviruses, can spread rapidly through communities leading to epidemics of conjunctivitis (e.g. Apollo red eye), while others primarily cause skin infections (molluscum contagiosum, herpes infection), and the eye can be infected if the eyelids are involved.

Entero- or adenoviral conjunctivitis

This is an epidemic form of conjunctivitis which almost always affects both eyes. The patient may complain of a foreign body sensation, with watering, discharge, redness, and swelling of the lids. They may also complain of the eyes being sensitive to light, with blurred vision. The eyes appear red, with discharge, but the cornea and pupil are usually normal. In severe cases there may be small haemorrhages in the conjunctiva. The patient may also complain of upper respiratory tract symptoms and other generalized symptoms (sore throat, fever and headache). The eye infection lasts 7–14 days, and usually gets better on its own. The condition is very contagious: health workers should wash their hands after examining a patient and disinfect the instruments they have used.

                                                                     Pink eyes
Treatment
  • Clean with a clean warm washcloth: There is no specific treatment for viral conjunctivitis, and the condition gets better on its own. To immediately ease itching and clean the eye use clean warm towel to clean the eyes.. Gently rub from the top down to get all the gunk out, and switch to different parts of the cloth. Make sure you use clean clothes each time you do this to avoid contamination.

  • Using Antibiotic Eye drops: Antibiotic eye drops prevent secondary infection from bacteria,        and tetracycline eye ointment can be soothing. Drops are a necessary treatment so you have to do it regularly. No matter how tired you are it is important to always follow your doctor’s prescribed regimen.  Topical steroid eye drops should never be given for conjunctivitis due to infection.
  • Good Hygiene:
  1. The patient should be told that the condition is very infectious, that they should not share face towels,
  2. Wash their hands regularly. In parts of the world where traditional eye remedies are commonly used, the patient should be advised not to use traditional remedies and needs to be told that the infection will get better.
  3. Avoid Sharing eye drops and never allow the tip of the eye drop to touch the eye
  4. Even when the conjunctivitis seems to have cleared, people who have had it should be quarantined or stay away from public places for some time till it is no longer contagious

Shark with Human Face that can cure diabetes!

                                         Rare Shark with human face
The Shark with a human-like face is an endangered rare specie,  and was caught by fishermen off the city of Mersin in southern Turkey. The shark has been pride of place at a counter in the city's fish market as local residents claim it is 'good' for diabetes. It has drawn so many attentions.
Traders and customers took selfies with the odd-looking shark - even giving it a pair of spectacles to accentuate its markings which look like two eyes, a nose and a mouth.

Mersin is a large city and port on the coast of southern Turkey, known locally as the Pearl of the Mediterranean.

Mersin Fishermen's Association President Faruk Polat said the one-metre (3.28ft) shark's appearance was not its only unusual feature, as it was rarely seen in the Mediterranean .
Mr Polat said: "It usually lives in the oceans but sometimes runs off course, often due to weather conditions, and comes to the Mediterranean Sea.
"We call it the human face fish as it has eyes, nose and lips that resemble a human's. It was first seen in India where people reacted in a different manner.
"Another characteristic of this shark is that it is good for diabetes. It regulates the blood sugar level. It’s a thing that is scientifically proven.
"For this reason we freeze it and give it to our customers with diabetes and we also give it for free to cancer patients."

Mr Polat added that the common thresher was not an aggressive shark and said that it was worshiped and respected in some countries.
"Of course this is not the case in our country. We just see it as a fish. People are surprised to see that there are species in the sea that resemble us," he said.
He added: "Our priority is to give it to diabetes patients. The best part is that it is useful to those in need. If it really helps those people, we will be more than happy."

Funny stuff isn't it?...lol
God is indeed great!

Top 10 Most Expensive Cars in the World

Below are the top 10 most expensive cars in the world

 1. Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita $ 4.8 million

Koenigsegg makes its first appearance on our list with the CCXR Trevita, and it does so as the most expensive street-legal production car in the world. Why so much coin? With no exaggeration, the car is literally coated in diamonds … and diamonds aren’t cheap

For the Trevita, the Swedish manufacturer developed a new exterior finish called the Koenigsegg Proprietary Diamond Weave, which involves coating carbon fibers with a diamond dust-impregnated resin. We can’t even fathom how much the touch up paint costs.

Underneath the lustrous finish lies a 4.8-liter, dual-supercharged V8 with a total output of 1,004 horsepower and 797 pound-feet of torque, which means it should have little to no trouble overtaking semis on the freeway.  The car’s specifications — in both performance and price — are nearly comical at this point, and just three were ever made.

 2. Lamborghini Venozo $ 4.5 million

Poison. That’s the name Lamborghini chose for the modified Aventador you see above — translated from Italian of course — built to celebrate the automaker’s 50th birthday. We can’t speak for the company’s motivations, but the name is fitting for a vehicle that looks so positively deadly, so undeniably venomous.

3. W motors Lycan Hypersport $3.4 million

Let’s start with the styling, which includes jewel-encrusted headlights, scissor doors, and an interior ripped straight from science fiction. It looks like a pissed off armored car from the future, and its performance is right on par with its image. The Hypersport boasts a 3.7-liter, twin-turbo flat-six that yields 770 hp and 708 lb-ft.

It’s not just Dominic Toretto who benefits from this level of performance though, as the Abu Dhabi police force has drafted the Hypersport into patrol duty. Although it’s mainly used for marketing and public relations purposes, the high-flying stunner assures that the authorities can keep up with any baddie that tries to get cute on the freeway. Pedal to the floor, 0 to 62 mph is accomplished in just 2.8 seconds, and top speed is a downright scary 240 mph.

4. Limited Edition Bugatti Veyron by Mansory Vivere $ 3.4 million

Augmented by German witch doctors Mansory, the 1,200-hp Veyron starts out as a Grand Sport Vitesse Roadster, only to be adorned with a gorgeous carbon fiber body, a new spoiler package,    upgraded LED lights, a rebuffed cabin, and a redesigned front grill. Further classifying the Veyron as a work of art, maps of historic race events like the Targa Florio are laser etched into the exterior and interior. Oh, and it can do 254 mph

 5.  Ferrari Pininfarina $3 million

Crafted by legendary Italian design house Pininfarina, the Sergio is essentially a Ferrari 458 Spider with a completely new body and interior. That means a 4.5-liter V8 sends a whopping 562 hp to the rear wheels, but because the Sergio is lighter than the 458, it’s quicker and handles better as well. The new body doesn’t just save weight though, it’s chock-full of interesting details like aerodynamic headrests that are built directly into the roll cage.

With so few examples built, the Sergio’s purchase process wasn’t as simple as strolling up to a Ferrari dealership. No, each owner was chosen by automaker itself, making it one of the rare invite-only vehicles in automotive history.

6.
Pagani Huayra BC $2.6 million

With an AMG-sourced V12 and the fastest road-legal Top Gear lap ever, the Pagani Huayra is a beast through and through — it’s named after the Incan God of Winds, after all. That wasn’t quite enough for Pagani though, because at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show, Pagani debuted the Huayra BC, a lighter, hotter version that takes no prisoners.

Right off the bat, you can tell the BC is playing a different game from the standard Huayra. It’s fitted with an enormous active rear spoiler that generates 1,102 lbs of downforce at 155 mph, as well as a wider rear track, new side skirts, and a bevy of sexy aero goodies. Despite the additions, the BC is a true featherweight, tipping the scales at a paltry 2,654 lbs thanks to the extensive use of carbon fiber and other lightweight materials.

The whole deal will cost you a cool $2.6 million (or it would have, if all 20 units hadn’t been sold already), but you clearly get a lot for your money. With 789 turbocharged ponies on tap, the BC may actually live up to its godly name.

7. Ferrari F60 America $2.6 million

To celebrate Ferrari’s 60-year tenure in North America, the Italian brand built 10 examples of this stunning bombshell. Based on the F12 Berlinetta, the F60 is undeniably patriotic as it wears a Stars and Stripes color scheme, American flag seat inserts, and classic racing livery all around. Better yet, you can experience the glory with the top down, as the F60 equips a lightweight fabric top that can be operated at speeds up to 75 mph.

The supercar is mechanically identical to the F12, but the Berlinetta isn’t exactly a Fiat Panda to begin with. Its 6.2-liter V12 churns out 740 glorious hp, enough to propel the car to 60 mph in only 3.1 seconds. The ultra-rare flag-waver hearkens back to Ferrari’s bespoke past, as the company built several region-specific sports cars in the 1950s and 1960s.

8. Bugatti Chiron $2.5 million

With a starting price of $2.5 million and a gorgeous new body, the divine Chiron outdoes its predecessor in every conceivable way. While the Bugatti Veyron redefined what an automobile could do, the Chiron laughs at those who said the Veyron was the last of its kind, pushing the boundaries of performance even further into the stratosphere.

The supercar’s monstrous specs are made possible by its reworked quad-turbocharged 8.0-liter W16, which now produces 1,500 hp and a monstrous 1,180 lb-ft. 60 mph is dealt with in a rather quick 2.5 seconds on the way to the Chiron’s top speed, which is limited to 261 mph. It’s still not the fastest car in the world — the title belongs the Hennessey Venom GT — but cars like these aren’t just about speed; they’re about making statements. We think you’ll agree this Bugatti makes a very strong statement indeed.

9. Koenigeggs one:1 $2 million

You can buy a lot with $2 million — a really nice house, about 80 Mazda MX-5’s, or the Swedish “megacar” shown above. A logical thinker could probably think of a better way to spend your life savings, but megacars don’t give a damn about logic. Because they’re mega. And after reading what the car is capable of, $2 million might actually be a steal.

The limited-edition One:1 is based on the Agera R, and it earned its poetic moniker by employing a 1:1 kilogram-to-horsepower ratio. The figure on each side of the colon? 1,340. That’s right, this car has 1,340 hp, and can theoretically top 273 mph because of it. Simply put, this is one of the fastest automobiles ever made, and with its F1-style honeycomb core, carbon fiber intake manifold, and ventilated ceramic brakes, it’s one of the most advanced as well.

Just six examples of the speedy Swede were built, and each one was sold quite quickly. Keep an eye out on Craigslist though, you never know.

10. Koenigsegg Ragera $2 million

When we think of hybrid hypercars, we generally fantasize about the “holy trinity” — aka the McLaren P1, Porsche 918 Spyder, and Ferrari LaFerrari. Somehow, Koenigsegg always gets left out, despite the fact that the Swedish automaker makes a vehicle that outshines its electrified competition in many ways.

Powered by a twin-turbo 5.0-liter V8 and a 4.5-kWh battery pack, the $2 million Regera produces an outstanding 1,500 hp in total, a stat made all the more impressive when you consider the car’s low weight of 3,240 lbs. 0 to 60 in 2.8 seconds is impressive to be sure, but the Regera’s 0 to 186 mph sprint is even more mind-blowing — the feat is accomplished in only 10.9 seconds. By Koenigsegg’s internal estimates, the car will be able to reach its top speed of 248 mph in just 20 seconds or so, which is a triumph over physics as much as it is a bragging right.

Why just an estimate? Apparently, the brand can’t find a road long enough.

So which are you buying??
